Article : A* Prices Product Withdrawal
Date: Monday 18th August, 2014
Upon the start of the August ’A* Prices’ promotion, we have been informed by the supplier that the 13 Amp 2 Gang Satellite Reel White (pictured) had experienced some issues duing quality control, therefore we have withdrawn this product with immediate effect.
Whilst it is regrettable that this line has to be withdrawn, we believe it is preferable to selling faulty electrical items as customer care is at the very top of Mica’s priorities.
A replacement product has been arranged - the 2M 13AMP Extension Lead is available at most participating stores, offering many similar features including USB charging and surge protection.
