Mica Facebook Page Free Prize Draw - terms & conditions:

1) This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over using the Mica DIY Facebook competition page post directly.

2) Entries into the promotion can be made by entering your preferred collection store into the competition comments box between 4pm Friday 3rd August 2018 and 11am 10th August 2018. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

3) There is one prize to be won; a £50 instore voucher for use at your named Mica store valid for one spend of stocked Dulux lines in the shop. These prizes are non-negotiable, no cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.

4) The winning entrant will have 14 days from accepting the prize to attend the store and make the purchase from the Mica store nominated when entering; no alternate methods are available. Mica is not responsible for travelling costs. If the winner cannot travel to the Mica store then the prize will be redrawn.

5) There will be one winner and they will be chosen randomly.

6) This competition is strictly one entry per person only. Third party or multiple entries will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any multiple entries made by the same person or any entries suspected to be bots or other computer software. Finally, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify those entries it suspects have been made fraudulently.

7) The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry it considers to be discriminatory, blasphemous, defamatory, offensive, obscene or that is deemed to bring the integrity of the Promotion into disrepute.

8) The winner will be contacted via Facebook. The winner will then have 48 hours to provide their contact details (including a valid email address or phone number). Any details taken will be treated with strict confidentiality and only used to facilitate the safe receipt of the prize at the nominated store. If the contact details are not received within 48 hours, the prize will be redrawn and offered to another randomly picked entrant.

9) Employees & Proprietors of Mica shops & Mica DIY Ltd and their direct family may not enter. This is to reassure and enforce fairness.

10) The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the main prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for this participation.

11) We will not be liable for damage caused by this promotion.

12) We reserve the right to withdraw the draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

13) No responsibility is accepted for entries that may be lost or delayed in transmission.

14) Our decision on matters relating to the draw is final and binding.

15) Entry into the prize is deemed acceptance of the terms.

16) Mica and its employees, agents and/or distributors will not be responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by you as an entrant or participant.

17) Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.

18) This promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
