We’re giving away an iPad 10.2" 32gb (2020) in Space Grey, with 2 runners up winning £20 each to spend in store!

Mica Facebook Page Free Prize Draw - terms & conditions:

1) This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over using the Mica DIY Facebook competition page post directly.

2) Entries into the promotion can be made by sharing the post and entering your preferred collection store into the competition comments box between 12:00 Wednesday 8th September 2021 and 00:00 Monday 13th September 2021. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

3) There is ONE main prize and TWO runners up prizes to be won. The main prize is an iPad 10.2" 32gb (2020) in Space Grey (product code: 312518) and the runner up prize is a £20 voucher to spend on decorating in your selected store. This prize is non-negotiable, no cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.

4) The winning entrant will have three weeks to collect the prize from the Mica store nominated when entering; no alternate methods are available. Mica is not responsible for travelling costs. If the winner cannot travel to the Mica store then the prize will be redrawn.

5) There will be one winner and two runners up. Each of these will be chosen randomly.

6) This competition is strictly one entry per person & Facebook user only. Third party or multiple entries will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any multiple entries made by the same person or any entries suspected to be bots or other computer software. Finally, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify those entries it suspects have been made fraudulently.

7) The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry it considers to be discriminatory, blasphemous, defamatory, offensive, obscene or that is deemed to bring the integrity of the Promotion into disrepute.

8) The winner and runners up (recipients) will be contacted via Facebook. The recipients will then have 48 hours to respond accepting the prize and agreeing to these terms and conditions. They will also be required to provide contact details (including a valid email address or phone number) to organise collection of the prize. Any details taken will be treated with strict confidentiality and only used to facilitate the safe receipt of the prize at the nominated store. If the recipient does not do this within 48 hours their prize will be redrawn and offered to another randomly picked entrant.

9) Employees & Proprietors of Mica shops & Mica DIY Ltd and their direct family may not enter. This is to reassure and enforce fairness.

10) The winner and runners up may be required to individually take part in publicity resulting from the prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for this participation.

11) We will not be liable for damage caused by this promotion.

12) We reserve the right to withdraw the draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

13) No responsibility is accepted for entries that may be lost or delayed in transmission.

14) Our decision on matters relating to the draw is final and binding.

15) Entry into the prize is deemed acceptance of the terms.

16) Mica and its employees, agents and/or distributors will not be responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by you as an entrant or participant.

17) Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.

18) This promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
