We’re giving away an Einhell Power X-Change tools bundle to one lucky winner, with one runners-up prize of a mains-powered Mini Circular Saw also up for grabs!
Mica Facebook Page Free Prize Draw - terms & conditions:
1) This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over using the Mica DIY Facebook competition page post directly.
2) Entries into the promotion can be made by sharing the post and entering your preferred collection store into the competition comments box between 12:00 Monday 28th November 2022 and 12:00 Friday 2nd December 2022. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
3) There is ONE main prize and ONE runner-up prize to be won; a Einhell Power X-Change tools bundle (including X-Change Leaf Blower, X-Change Tile Cutter and 2 x Power X-Change 3Ah batteries with charging station) for one winner, and a mains-powered Mini Circular Saw for one runner-up. These prizes are non-negotiable, no cash alternative will be offered and the prizes are non-transferable.
4) The winning entrant and runner-up will have three weeks to collect the relevant prize from the Mica store nominated when entering; no alternate methods are available. Mica is not responsible for travelling costs. If the winner or runner-up cannot travel to the Mica store then the prize will be redrawn.
5) There will be one winner and one runner-up chosen randomly.
6) This competition is strictly one entry per person & Facebook user only. Third party or multiple entries will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any multiple entries made by the same person or any entries suspected to be bots or other computer software. Finally, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify those entries it suspects have been made fraudulently.
7) The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry it considers to be discriminatory, blasphemous, defamatory, offensive, obscene or that is deemed to bring the integrity of the Promotion into disrepute.
8) The winner and runner-up will be contacted via Facebook. The winner and runner-up will then have 48 hours to respond accepting the relevant prize and agreeing to these terms and conditions. The winner and runner-up will also be required to provide contact details (including a valid email address or phone number) to organise collection of the prize. Any details taken will be treated with strict confidentiality and only used to facilitate the safe receipt of the prize at the nominated store. If the winner or runner-up does not do this within 48 hours the prize will be redrawn and offered to another randomly picked entrant.
9) Employees & Proprietors of Mica shops & Mica DIY Ltd and their direct family may not enter. This is to reassure and enforce fairness.
10) The winner or runner-up may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for this participation.
11) We will not be liable for damage caused by this promotion.
12) We reserve the right to withdraw the draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
13) No responsibility is accepted for entries that may be lost or delayed in transmission.
14) Our decision on matters relating to the draw is final and binding.
15) Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of the terms.
16) Mica and its employees, agents and/or distributors will not be responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by you as an entrant or participant.
17) Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.
18) This promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
