We’re giving away a Big Cheese Mega-Sonic Cat Repeller to one lucky winner per participating store!

Mica Facebook Page Free Prize Draw - terms & conditions:

1) This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over using the Mica DIY Facebook competition page post directly.

2) Entries into the promotion can be made by sharing the post and entering your preferred collection store into the competition comments box between 12:00pm Monday 19th February 2024 and 12:00pm Thursday 29th February 2024. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

3) There is ONE prize PER PROMOTING STORE to be won; a Big Cheese Mega-Sonic Cat Repeller for one winner per eligible store. This prize is non-negotiable, no cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.

4) Only entries that state a store participating in the giveaway as the store they will collect from will be valid. Any entries that do not do this will be considered invalid entries and excluded from any prize draw. The entrant is solely responsible for checking whether the store they state as their collection store is a promoting store participating in the giveaway.

5) Each winning entrant will have three weeks to collect the prize from the Mica store nominated when entering; no alternate methods are available. Mica is not responsible for travelling costs. If a winner cannot travel to the Mica store then the prize will be redrawn.

6) There will be one per participating store winner chosen randomly.

7) This competition is strictly one entry per person & Facebook user only. Third party or multiple entries will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any multiple entries made by the same person or any entries suspected to be bots or other computer software. Finally, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify those entries it suspects have been made fraudulently.

8) The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry it considers to be discriminatory, blasphemous, defamatory, offensive, obscene or that is deemed to bring the integrity of the Promotion into disrepute.

9) Each winner will be contacted via Facebook. Each winner will then have 48 hours to respond accepting the prize and agreeing to these terms and conditions. They will also be required to provide contact details (including a valid email address or phone number) to organise collection of the prize. Any details taken will be treated with strict confidentiality and only used to facilitate the safe receipt of the prize at the nominated store. If a winner does not do this within 48 hours, that winner’s prize will be redrawn and offered to another randomly picked entrant.

10) Employees & Proprietors of Mica shops & Mica DIY Ltd and their direct family may not enter. This is to reassure and enforce fairness.

11) The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the main prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for this participation.

12) We will not be liable for damage caused by this promotion.

13) We reserve the right to withdraw the draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

14) No responsibility is accepted for entries that may be lost or delayed in transmission.

15) Our decision on matters relating to the draw is final and binding.

16) Entry into the prize is deemed acceptance of the terms.

17) Mica and its employees, agents and/or distributors will not be responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by you as an entrant or participant.

18) Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.

19) This promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
